  • Install it like any other macOS app.
  • Receive future app updates through the Mac App Store.

Connect YouTube

  • Open Mac YouTube Uploader from your Applications folder.
  • Review and accept the in-app privacy policy and terms.
  • Choose the in-app Google sign-in option.
  • Advanced users can enable Expert mode to use their own Google Cloud OAuth client.
  • Approve the YouTube access needed to upload videos.
  • Select the YouTube channel you want the queue to publish to.

Start uploading

  • Drop videos, folders, or camera chunks into the upload queue.
  • Review the channel, privacy setting, title, description, and tags.
  • Let the app rebuild supported split recordings before upload.
  • Keep the app open while active uploads finish in the background.

Before your first upload

  • Confirm the selected YouTube channel is the channel you want the queue to publish to.
  • Set privacy, category, audience, title template, description, and tags before adding a large batch.
  • Keep reusable description copy general, then add video-specific context for each upload.
  • For long camera recordings, drop the folder that contains the supported sequential chunks.

If setup does not finish

  • Check that your Google account can access the YouTube channel you want to upload to.
  • Reconnect the channel if Google access was revoked or the selected account changed.
  • Keep the Mac awake and connected to the network while an active upload is running.
  • Use the app's YouTube settings to delete locally stored YouTube data before connecting again.

Manage access

  • Disconnect a channel from inside the app when you no longer need it.
  • Delete locally stored YouTube data from the app's YouTube settings.
  • Manage purchases, installs, and updates through the Mac App Store.
  • Revoke Google access from your Google account permissions page.
